Once I get my results back, how do I get sized for a PAP machine? Is that able to be done virtually or would I have to take the results to a doctor in person?

You will be able to discuss this with our clinical sleep therapy specialists, who will go over what the best options may be for you, including machine and mask options. Once you have a prescription for PAP* therapy, you can use it anywhere that provides the sleep therapy equipment that was prescribed for you.

Note that some people may need to attend an in-person titration study depending on their diagnosis and the type of PAP machine. For example, fixed-pressure CPAP machines require lab-based titration to determine the appropriate pressure setting.
