We've designed our pillows to meet the needs of as wide a range of people as possible.
The Gel Memory Foam Pillow is made with a solid block of memory foam that provides some give and plenty of support. We recommend it for side sleepers, back sleepers, and anyone looking for a pillow with strong support for their head.
The Adjustable Shredded Memory Foam Pillow is made with a shredded fill that can be added or removed to adjust its height and feel. Because the fill is shredded, it provides less support and a fluffier feel than our other pillow unless it is fully stuffed. We recommend a few different levels of stuffing depending on how you like to sleep:
If you sleep on your side, we recommend filling the pillow near its full capacity. Aim to fill the space between your head and your mattress, with a little extra fluff for your head to sink into.
If you sleep on your back, we recommend filling the pillow so it's at least 3 inches thick, but no thicker than 6 inches. Aim for a comfortable amount of cushioning below your head without putting your neck or shoulders at an awkward angle.
If you sleep on your stomach, we recommend filling the pillow so it's only around 2 to 3 inches thick. Stomach sleepers tend to sleep better with thinner pillows. Avoid filling the pillow too much or it may push your head up at an awkward angle.
